They had planned to climb the South Face of Raksha Urai. Team had left Kathmandu on August 24. In September they did several treks and acclimatisation hikes in the region nearby Raksha Urai. Their highest point reached was 6000m on an unnamed peak. An earthquake happened on October 2 when they were trekking towards Raksha Urai base camp. There were several aftershocks after the earthquake and the team decided to abort their expedition before they reached BC.
