원정 개요
Dannevig and Nytroen while going to BC suffered from AMS. Then went down to Simigaon (2000m), had medication and rested for one week. Then they went up again. At 4200m Nytroen suffered from pulmonary edema on 25 Oct. They went down again to Simigaon and had rest and medication. Finally they went up to 5700m and again Dannevig got AMS and they gave up the expedition.
Route difficulty 60-degree snow peak climbing, Grade 3, 1100m in length from high camp.
On the way back to Kathmandu, they climbed Yalung Ri (5663m) on 7 Nov; it took them 8 hours from valley floor to summit and back.
