Approach: Simikot, Ghorepani, Kermi, Ralbang, Thumikot, Thade Dhunga, Hilsa, Manepani, Thirugaon, Jang, Thakche, Three more camps

Honda, Kadotani, Kato, Kodama, Suzuki, Phura Chhiri, Ram Kaji, Dirga Sing and Hai Bahadur left C2 at 4:30 am. The team reached summit at 7:49 am, stayed on summit for an hour, descended to C2 at 12 noon then continued to C1 at 3 pm and slept there. Next day to BC. The weather was very good. The expedition got permit to climb "Thakphu" peak, but the villagers of Halje did not allow the team to go to Thakphu due to superstition that if people climb that mountain peak villagers will suffer from natural disasters like landslides, etc.

The team returned to Kathmandu on 14 Aug evening from Nepalgunj and leaving on different dates. Kodama on 17th, Hondama & Suzuki on 18th, Kaotami on 21st and Kato on 22 Aug.
