HP team left C3 at 7 am on 17/05. The weather was very calm and hot. When they reached the upper tents of C3, they saw the dead Russian in one of the tents. Also next to the tent of the dead Russian, he saw a Sherpa who was obviously dying and not very well. He was dressed in sort of 1980's clothes and had an old sleeping bag. They continued to go up as Temba said that somebody else was looking after him.

When he reached the high point, Francois got too hot and had to turn back. He was also mentally not well as he had seen the dead Russian and the dying Sherpa in C3. After they turned back, they stopped at C3 again, but the Sherpa was gone. They continued to descend to C2, where they arrived at 4 pm.

Team left BC on 21/05.
