The team was on their summit push, but it was very windy and the weather forecast was also bad. The conditions on the mountain were dry and icy. Between C2 and C3 there was a lot of ice.

On 17/05 the Sherpa team fixed to the beginning of the traverse at about 7600m.

On 18/05 they descended to BC.

Fixed rope: main section between C2 and C3, approx 4000m
