Approach: Flight to Lukla; Trekking via Hinku Valley over Mera La into Hunku Valley; BC was located at upper part of Hunku BC by the glacier lake.

Megan Ward and Ian Lord weren't feeling well from the very beginning of expedition; they suffered from respiratory problems/chest infection. Lord never made it above BC; Ward's highest point was C1 on 17 Oct.

On summit day, the rest of the team started from C2 at 4:40 am. Finden and her Sherpa Som turned around at 6900m around 12 pm because Finden didn't have enough power and stamina to go farther. Both descended back to C2.

The others reached the summit at 1 pm, stayed on the top for 10 minutes, and went down to C2 (5 pm). It was cold and very windy, but generally good, clear weather, snow was in perfect condition. Conheady got frostbite at middle and ring finger of his right hand during the descent. He was evacuated from C1 to Ktm by helicopter on 25 Oct. He is okay now, fingers are quite blistered, but no lasting damage expected.

Others were back at BC at 2 pm on 25 Oct. They trekked out to Lukla via the Amphu Laptsa Pass.

Oxygen:: Taken to C2 for medical purpose, not used

Fixed rope: From 6500m to summit.
