On 8 April made fixed ropes to 6000m and down, but after 2 days abandoned climb because of wind and more importantly avalanches. Huge serac avalanches came down and in fact original route no longer possible and one must go on E Ridge. Came away from 6400-6500m area.
Then went to Ama Dablam.
