Zuberer and Ferragu left C4 at 2am. It was windy but the wind died down later. At about 8050m Ferragu turned around due to cold feet. She descended to C4. Zuberer spent about 10 minutes on the summit, then descended to C4, picked up Ferragu and the tent and the two descended to BC, where they arrived at 10 pm.
The team only had one tent which they moved around.
