Kazemi, Tshiring Jangbu and Ang Dawa (Sherpa from Steffen Hirzel) started their summit push from C4 and 8:15 pm on 11 May. Reached the summit at 9:30 am on 12 May, stayed 15 minutes, then returned to C4 around 2:30 pm.

No fixed rope or trail from first of French Couloir. We had two ropes (18m & 30m); we left 18m rope on rocky last part of summit and descended with 30m rope. Weather was perfect, freezing, but clear.

Oxygen:
Kazemi used from 7630m (after C4) to the top to the 7700m in descent.
Ang Dawa used oxygen from 7900m to summit to 7900m.

Ang Dawa was originally teamed with Steffen Hirzel, but joined up with Parvaneh Kazemi and Tshiring Jangbu after Hirzel turned back from his summit attempt the day before.
