C1 at 5500m at moraine west of "G" of Glacier
C2 due west of point and NNE of Baruntse summit
High point at C2.
2 slept in C2 till 19th Oct (2 till 18th) and then down during night of 19-20th when tents completely covered and snow kept falling. Then 1.5-2m deep snow (2m at C2) so not possible to resume climb; in fact had brought down C3 in retreat of 19-20th.
