The Snowy Horizon International Shishapangma & Cho Oyu expedition was a combination of several independent teams (1-3 climbers each). Snowy Horizon Treks provided transportation, base camp facilities and various levels of high altitude support (oxygen, high-altitude porters, tents, etc) as required and contracted for by each team. The individual accounts for each team are given below where known:

Term: Abandoned at 7800m due to diarrhea

Lee started his summit bid from C3 at midnight (NST) of 28 September. When he reached 7800m at around 1 am, he got diarrhea and became very weak. He was offered oxygen, but did not take it. He returned to C3 and slept there. Next day 30 September went down to C2 and slept there. On 1 October he descended to ABC.

He left ABC on 4 October for Xixabangma and stayed there two nights. There was nobody from other expeditions at BC, so he then left for Kathmandu.

Braun and Mingma left for summit from C3 at 3 am (NST) on 29 September. They got to the top at 10:41 am and stayed there for about 15 minutes, then back to C3 at around 2 pm. They had a rest and drink and reached C2 around 4 pm and slept there. While descending from summit Braun helped three climbers who had oxygen problems, health problems, etc with other Sherpas that made his descent a little longer. Next day 30 September, they went down to ABC.

He will go for trekking in Rolwaling from 9 October.

All three Italian climbers Bonaiti, Cavallera and Pacellini started from C2 at midnight (CST) of 27 September and got to the summit at 2:20 pm (12:05 pm NST) of 28 September. They stayed on summit for about 40 minutes and went down to C2 where they arrived at 6:45 pm. Next day 29 September all went down to ABC. While going up the team came across at C3 about 8 climbers coming down. It was very cold and used one of the tents at C3 for half an hour with permission. The team was the last one to reach to the top on that day.

Yehuda and Tashi started their summit push from C3 at 2 am (NST) and got to the summit at 9:30 am. They stayed on summit for about 30 minutes, then went down to C3 where they reached at 4 pm, and C2 at 6 or 7 pm. Next day to ABC.

Used from 7800m->Smt->7800m; Sherpa did not use.
