Summit team reached the Makalu La (C3) from C2 at around 1 pm on 18 May. They rested for a while and started their summit bid from c3 at 6:30 pm. It was clear and not windy. Straightforward climb. They stayed about 20 minutes on the summit. Good views of Kangchenjunga, Everest and Lhotse.
On the way down, Sangay and Aravidis collected their material from the other camps and descended all the way to ABC, where they arrived at 5:30 pm.

Taken and used from C3 to summit to C3 by Aravidis and Sangay Phuri
