All summit teams left C2 between 3:30 am and 4:30 am and all summit days were fine days. They spent an average of about 15 minutes at the summit and all members descended to C1 on the way down. The fact that Mosedale's expedition came in quite late was a big advantage as the huge amount of that had fallen in mid-October no longer posed a big problem as it did for expeditions, which were on the mountain earlier.

The following members did not make it to the summit.

Alasdair Downes to ABC; difficulty acclimatizing and illness; left BC on 21 Nov.

Andrew Dawson to C1; injured his head and arm when he took a tumble; left BC on 15 Nov.

Richard Dillon to ABC; difficulty acclimatizing; left BC on 19 Nov.

Mitchell Bowen to C2; exhaustion.

Tim Mosedale to C1; he removed himself from the equation to summit in order to organise logistics and staffing for the team members on the hill.
