The team's leader, Ryszard Pawlowski, was the first to go to the summit. He arrived at their highest camp (C2) on 16 November, left C2 for the top at 7:00 am alone on the 17th, summited at 1:00 pm, and descended to C1 at 6:00 pm.

The remaining four members got to C2 on the 17th and set off for summit on the 18th. Feluch, Sklodowska and Zanko left C2 for the top at 6:00 am, were on the summit at 11:40 am and returned to C1 at 5:00 pm. Borys developed a chest infection; he left C2 for the top at 6:30 am, but at 6300m he had to turn back and got down to C1 at 5:00 pm.

The weather was clear on these two days. It was windy on the 17th; on the 18th there was no wind except for some wind at the summit that day.
