Three members and three Sherpas left C2 for the top at 30 minutes after midnight of 29/30 September and summited at 6:45 am on 30 September. They were Roberts, Webb and Zaloudek with Sherpas Dawa Jangbu, Kami Rita and Lhakpa. They descended all the way to ABC at 7:30 pm the same day, stopping in C2 from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm for a nap. It was a clear day with a slight breeze at the top.

All the summiters, members and Sherpas alike, used oxygen in C2 to the top down to 7500m.

One of the team's Sherpas, Sange Dorje, was hit by an avalanche on 17 September while he was fixing rope just below C2. He was carried down about 150m, including over a vertical icefall. He was unconscious for 15 minutes, and suffered bad bruising all over his body with perhaps some damage to his ligaments.

Non-summiting members:

Dice got to ABC on 11 September and left the team the next day. He was developing a serious case of pulmonary edema, and was on oxygen all the way from ABC to Kathmandu.

Lui reached 6700m on 17 September, then left the next day with acute sinusitis.
