원정 개요
Santiago, Mingma and Lama started their summit bid at 9 pm from C4 on 20 May. They reached the summit at 3 pm on 21 May, stayed on the summit about one hour. Santiago descended at 8300m where he arrived between 7-7:30 pm (below Balcony). Sherpas lost the way and he had to bivouac there. Next day 22 May Santiago went down to C4 alone where he reached at 8 am. He was put on oxygen and rescued from C2 by helicopter.
