Smt 23 May by Smets and Lhakpa Wangchu at 8:50 am.

Summit team left C4 at 2 am. Perfect weather. Bit of rockfall in the couloirs. Team spent about 15 minutes on the summit. Good views and slight breeze. They descended to C4 in 1-1/2 hours, short rest at C4 and descended to C2, where they arrived at 3 pm. On 24 May to BC.

Keleher reached C3 at 29 April. He did not feel strong and abandoned the expedition. He left BC on 15 May.
