Four expedition members and three Sherpas occupied C3 on 20 May and went for the top from the camp at 2:00 am (NST) on the 21st. They summited at 8:30 am on the 21st of May and descended to C2 at 5:00 pm.

The members of the summit party were Budge, Herrick, Martersteck and Patch with Lhakpa Tendu, Ngima and Tenji Sherpa.

Non-summiting members:

Stephanie Kaiser and her husband, Reinhard Kaiser, were semi-independent members of this team. Stephanie developed altitude sickness in C1 and they left on 17 May.

Kristensen reached only C1, but he was satisfied with that achievement. He stayed in BC until the end of the climb.

Marham climbed to C2 only, had difficulty breathing, which was attributed to the effects of high altitude, and left on 17 May.

Oxygen was used by summiting members in and from C2 to the top and back to C2. Their Sherpas didn't use any.
