High point team left C4 at 8:30 pm on 17 May. When they reached 8300m at 10 pm, Michalek (who is a mountain rescuer) thought the wind was too strong, so they descended to C4 and arrived at midnight. On 18 May descended to C2, arrived at 2 pm; on 19 May to BC.
Michalek's objective was to reach the biggest altitude difference between the deepest cave at 2080m (below sea level) and highest point. He reached 10,380m which is the current world record.
