Ilya went twice for acclimatization at C2 where he spent 3 nights (1st-2nd and 10th of May).

The second time feeling not fit enough for a summit attempt (tired with not good recovery at ABC which was too high) with a half-empty bottle of oxygen and difficult weather conditions (after storms) and no fixed ropes from C2, he decided to abandon his expedition that same day (10th of May). On the 11th of May he was back to ABC.
