Summit day 5/11/2012: all the team except Cornelis Hermanus started at 2:30 am (Cornelis went to visit C2 and stayed at C1 for sleeping, but decided not to attempt the summit (lack of experience for mountaineering).
Herbert Luethi arrived first on top at 8:30 am with Dorji Sherpa and went back to base camp at 2 pm. Samuel Lipscombe arrived on top at 9:30 am with Roshan Bhattarai. Then Noble, Mills and Bracq with Phur Lhakpa Sherpa. The six of them went back to C2 the same day and slept there (arrival there about mid-afternoon), then went back to the base the day after.
