Summit on 27 May by Atkins at 8:45 am.

Atkins left C4 at 2 am. They were two other teams on the mountain. Straightforward climb. Atkins walked past the dead Czech climber and found it very traumatizing due to the way he had his eyes wide open.

He spent about 20 minutes on the summit, and descended to C4, where he arrived at 10:30 am, broke down the camp and carried on to C2, where he arrived at 8 pm. On 28 May he descended to BC.

On 29 May he ran the Everest marathon to Namche in 10 hours.
