The expedition went to the summit in two parties:

The first group, who left C4 on the 18th of May, consisted of Beard, Cammell, Clofent, Moshi, Roberts, Smolokowska and Staples with Sherpas Ang Gelu, Chuldim Dorje, Dawa Jangbu, Kami Rita, Lhakpa Dorje, Lhakpa Tenzing, Ang Nawang, Pemba Chhoti and Sona Tshering. They left camp between 7:30 pm (Clofent and three Sherpas) and 9:00 pm (Smolokowska and Staples plus three more Sherpas). They were on the summit on 19 May between 3:20 am (Clofent, Chhuldim Dorje, Kami Rita and Ang Nawang) and 10:10 am (Smolokowska, Staples, Lhakpa Dorje and Lhakpa Tenzing). Clofent was the first member back in C4 (at 8:30 am), and the last were Moshi, Roberts, Smolokowska and Staples (at 4:30 pm).

The first party descended for C4 to C2 on the 20th and were down in BC on the 21st.

The much smaller second summit team was composed of just two members, Lindquist and Saunders with four Sherpas, Datuk Bhote, Lhakpa, Sange Dorje and Chhewang Rinzing. They left together at 9:00 pm on the 24th and summited at 5:10 am on 25 May. They were back in C4 at 10:00 am and continued down to C2 at 4:30 pm. They returned to BC on the 26th.

Members used oxygen in and from C3 to the top to wherever their supply ran out. Their Sherpas used in C4 to the top to C4.

Non-summiting members:

Mustad went to the South Col on 19 May, but then had no more strength or motivation to go to the top.

Suomela reached 7300m on 30 April, then developed a neurological problem and left the team on 4 May.
