High point at C1 site.
The two Slovakians and Danuri Sherpa flew to Lukla on 28 April and established BC at 5400m at the normal site near a lake just west of the West Col on 10 May. Three days later they pitched C1 at 6100m but returned to BC immediately without occupying it.
Dobrota developed pulmonary edema that afternoon, and both members flew by helicopter to Kathmandu on 14 May, one to return to their hotel and the other to be admitted to a hospital. They left Nepal on the 16th.
