Sheokand said that she and her climbing Sherpa Ang Dawa left C4 at 6 pm on 13 May and reached summit [on 14 May] for about 15 minutes. They got back to C4 between 9-10 pm. Next day 15 May went down to C2 and continued to BC where they arrived between 11-12 pm. Sheokand showed me the photograph of summit, but was not in the photograph. She was trying to get her summit certificate from the Ministry, but the Ministry refused the demand.

Jeevan talked to Ang Dawa few days later to verify Sheokand's claim. Ang Dawa said that she could not go beyond C3. She spend two days at C2 and went down to BC on 15 May.

Ang Dawa went back to C2 on 16 May to clear her camp. He joined the civil servants summit team and got to the top on 18 May at 5:30 am. He got back to BC on same day. I also talked to Arjun Vajpai who was on Lhotse. He said that Sheokand did not go beyond C3.

Sheokand told me that she took 24 hours to cross Icefall.
