Perez left C4 at 2:35 am. It was calm, but cold. He reached the summit just as Pauner and Oiarzabal started descending. He spent about 10 minutes on top. He descended to C4, where he arrived at 7 pm. The following day he descended to C2 where he arrived at 4 pm. On 23 May he joined the helicoper that flew Pauner and Oiarzabal to KTM.
