Rampini's summit push started from C2 on 19 May to C2 on 20 May. On the way up to C2, he met his Sherpa coming down about two hours before reaching C2 and the Sherpa told Rampini that there was very strong wind coming up so Rampini should go down. Pema and Rampini went down to C1 and next day to ABC.
