C4 at South Col.

Summit push started from BC on 5 May. Mena and Tshering Dorje went to C2 and spent two nights there. They climbed to South Col on 7 May. They left South Col at 8:30 pm on 8 May and got to the top at 10:39 am on 9 May. Mena and Tshering spent about 20 minutes on the top, then descended to South Col where they arrived at 4 pm. On 10 May Mena and Tshering descended to C1 spent night there and on 11 May to BC. On 12 May they took a helicopter to Lukla.

Leader of the expedition left BC on 16 April to India. Dr. Meetei returned to Kathmandu on 14 May.

The summit day weather was good but while descending wind started picking up below the Hillary Step and snow showered for about 3-4 hours. Mena and Tshering were the only two people who summited on 9 May.
