ABC at point 5529m on National Geographic map, just east of larger lake.
12th Nov 7 am started climb with biv gear; up series of ridges to col 6576m on NE Ridge, where arrived at 11:00 am, left gear and ate and on to summit at 2:15 pm; 4:15 pm back in C1 (on top 10 mins in very strong wind). Perfect snow conditions. Had been with friends on Island Peak which he climbed to top in 3 hrs, after ascent of Pachermo to 20m below summit.
Had no permission for Pumori.
