Summit team left C4 at about 7 am. The weather was very windy and cold. They reached the true summit on the cornice at 10:58 am. They spent about 5 minutes on the true summit to take photos.

On their descent they stopped at C3, where they arrived at about 1 pm. Tshering Phinjo was not feeling well and Wiedlich thinks that he had developed cerebral edema (he was hallucinating). They had a cup of tea at C3 and then carried on to C2, where they arrived at about 3 pm. They spent the night there, but Tshering Phinjo was not feeling better and kept on hallucinating and had a bad night. At 5 am on 2nd October it got too bad and they descended to BC where they arrived at 10 pm. Tshering Phinjo carried on to Samagaon the same day, whereas Weidlich and Ang Mingma stayed at BC.

On 4th October, Weidlich slipped at BC and tore a ligament. She took a helicopter to Kathmandu on the same day.

Oxygen:
Weidlich used oxygen at C4 to sleep, but climbed without it
Ang Mingma Sherpa used oxygen from C2 to the summit and back again
Tshering Phinjo used oxygen from C2 to the summit to BC
