Morales, Pemba and Tenji left C3 at 8 am on 1st May and arrived at C4 at 5 pm. Weather was good up to 7300m when the wind started. They stayed at C2 for two nights. It was very windy. they could hardly open the tent. On 3rd May the wind died down a bit and they descended to base camp.

Morales had a second attempt with Oscar Cadiach and Rosa Fernandez on 10th May. They got to C2 on 12th May, but the wind was too strong to carry on. They stayed one night in C2 on 12th and descended to BC on 13th.

Llopis reached C1 (5600m) on 12th April. It was his first time on an 8000m peak and he had never been high before. He never intended to go much higher.

They left BC on 14th May 2010.
