Gasser went to C2 three times during his acclimatization process. He spent two nights there on 20 April and on 24 April; both nights he had stomach problem. Last time he went to C2 was on 28 April. On that day he did not sleep but went down to BC same day. He gave up his climbing on Annapurna.
Gasser returned to Kathmandu on 3 May from Pokhara by plane and trying to leave on 6 May.
