On summit day, the team left C2 at 3:30 am. On top the weather was sunny, but cold. There were a couple of French climbers and a Sherpa on the summit.
Goretzka and Kreutzenbeck returned to C2 at 3 pm, Limmer arrived at 5 pm. Limmer stayed at C2 and Goretzka and Kreutzenbeck descended to BC, where they arrived at 10 pm.
