Rice, with Panzeri (Merelli team member), made C4 together 18 May and left for the summit with Panzeri at 1:30 am of the 19th. Rice got to the top at 11:30 am (1-1/2 hours after Panzeri) and returned to C4 at 5:00 pm to stay that night (Panzeri went to BC). Rice descended to BC on 20 May.
