Kim Dong-Eon, Kim Jong-Ho, Lee Kang-Mok, Park, Whang, Tashi, Karma, Sanu, Wongchu, Nima Chhiring started their summit between 8 am-8:30 am on 19 May. First ones to reach summit were Kim Dong-Eon and Karma at 8 am and last ones were Kim Jong-Ho and Sanu. They stayed on summit for 30 minutes. The team descended to C4 between 4pm to 4:30 pm. Kim Dong-Eon and Karma went down to C2 where they reached at 7 pm. Rest of the members and Sherpas slept at C4. The team at C4 descended to C2 following day. Next day for BC. Kim Dong-Bon and Karma reached BC on 20 May. The summit day weather was very good little windy. There were two Russian climbers ahead of the Korean team and behind them were lots of other climbers.

Climbing leader An went up to midway between C3 and C4 and turned back to C3 due to tiredness.

Lee Mahn-Woo went up to C1 which was enough for him.

Another member Cheon who was suppose to attempt on Lhotse and Everest could not join the expedition due to his accident in Korea.

Fixed rope: 200m ropes contributed, snow bars, ice screws, oxygen also.
