First Indian to summit Everest in 41 hours (BC to summit). Mra started his summit push from BC on 19 May at 1 am in the dark. He was alone and planning to reach summit on 20 May. He fell into a waist-deep water hole in a flat area in the icefall. He came out of cold waterhole and continued to C2 where he changed his damp clothes. Mra reached C3 at about noon time. His sherpa Karma was waiting there for him. On 20 May Mra and Karma left C3 at about 6 am and reached C4 around noon time. Mra and Karma left C4 at about 8:30 pm on 20 May, reached the summit at 6:40 am of 21 May, stayed on summit about 10 minutes. They descended to C4 around noon, slept in C4. Next day went down to BC. The weather was very good, little windy. Another climber from India Miss Krushnaa Patil was on summit ahead of Mra. Mra returned to Kathmandu on 28 May. He will leave Kathmandu on 4 or 5 June.
