원정 개요

On 29 Oct high point team left C1 at 2 am. Weather was clear, but cold. They reached C2 at 3 am. Petersen had very cold feet and decided that he did not want to risk getting frostbite. As they wanted to stay a team they all decided to descend to C1, where they arrived at 3:30 am. In the morning they descended to BC. The reason why they remained at BC for such a long time was that they were waiting for other Arun Trek teams to cross the Amphu Laptsa together. Both members climbed Island Peak.
