Summit team left C1 at 1 am on 31 Oct. Weather was cold but clear. Snow was hard and good for climbing. Climb was straightforward. No problems at "mushroom." They only stayed on top for 10 minutes due to strong wind and cold. They descended to C1, arrived at 2 pm. The reason why he did not put up a C2 was that the sirdar told him that it was too high to sleep. However, Pellizzari thought that a C2 would have been good to have as it was hard to climb from C1.

On 1 Nov descended to BC. They left BC on 3 Nov and walked out via Amphu Laptsa.
