High point team left C2 at 5:30 am on 26 Oct. Conditions and weather good. When they reached the mushroom at 9 am, they decided to turn back as the mushroom was too difficult. They did not have any ropes left. They descended to C1, where they arrived at 2 pm, stayed the night.

Gubert reached C1 on 20 Oct, but did not stay the night. She abandoned the climb as she did not think she could do it. She stayed at BC till 27 Oct; on 27 Oct she left BC for C1 to meet Semet and Phurba Cheden. From there they crossed the glacier and descended via East Col, from there they walked out to Tumlingtar.
