Summit team left C3 at 3:30 am. Weather and conditions good with good views from summit. They descended to C1, where they arrived at 5:30 pm. On way down they dismantled all camps. On 3 Nov they cleared C1 and descended to BC.
MacDonald and Cadger reached C1 on 30 Oct; they stayed one night but descended to BC on 31 Oct as they were both having a bad cough.
Moradifak never reached higher than BC. He had tried Island Peak before but only made it to 5900m as he didn't feel very well. He decided to call it off and not climb Ama Dablam. He came to BC for the Puja and left BC on 26 Oct.
