BC at Gorak Shep
Biv in crevasse on West Face.

First to Cholatse: arrived BC 27 March; up SW Ridge (normal route) and on top 4 April in one push with his girlfriend.

Then up to Everest BC with Kenton Kool waiting for weather forecast and then from 13 April Gorak Shep at 11:00 am up to biv 6700m in crevasse, protected from cold wind and slept 2 hours and ate food. Then to top (on same route had climbed in spring 2001) in dark [in the middle of the night]; checked GPS to be same was on top and then down to Gorak Shep at 11:00 am 14 April. No fixed rope.

Leaves 28 April afternoon for Pokhara and Annapurna I climb.
