원정 개요
On 17 May arrived 1 am at 8300m (no camps above C2). Left 8300m at 7:30 am, reached 8700m about 1 pm; started snowfall, so turned around to ABC at 11 pm.
Studers and Sherpa tried again on 24 May but could not go beyond North Col. The team left its tent at 7500m. Morning weather was very good.
Klocker was only to North Col.
Preisch went up to North Col on 5 May and spent the night, did not feel good then went down to ABC. No HAS.
It is 11th time on Everest by the Studers. Studer said that they are not coming again for Everest. The team returned Kathmandu on 29 May and will try to leave as soon as possible.
