C3 (not used by members).
Groeneveld, Van den Broek, Van Heumen, Van Welzen and Santa Gurung and Dawa Sherpa left C3 at 23:30 hours NST on 30 Sept. Van Heumen turned around after an hour's climb to C2 due to tiredness. Groeneveld, Van den Broek, Van Wezen, Santa Gurung and Dawa Sherpa reached to the summit at 10:00 hours of 1 October, stayed on summit for about 30 minutes, descended to C2. Next day to ABC. About 10 people summited on that day. Weather was good. Climbers had very good view of Everest and other mountains.
The expedition returned to Kathmandu on 7 Oct and will leave on 11 Oct.
