ABC at 50m below others lowest of the ABC's this autumn.
No C3 because of long snowstorm; in summit bid went nonstop from C2. Summit party Glorie, Rogers, Lhakpa Tharke, Chuldim, Pasang Bhote and Sange Dorje left C2 at 10:00 pm NST on 2 Sept and got to top at at 9:15 am NST and returned to C2 by noon and slept there. All in ABC on 4 Oct.
Oxygen all in summit party who were members in C2 to top to and in C2; also Benitez and Curtis in C2 night of 2 Oct (although Curtis found mask too annoying and took it off); they had expected to go for top too, but when Curtis woke up to prepare for summit bid, he was in early stage of cerebral edema and had to descend and Benitez escorted him between C1 and C2. Cubitt ran out of energy after reaching C2. Both left expedition.
