BC on west side of Nuptse Glacier
C1 near on end of Nuptse Glacier
xxx on South Face.
From C1 made 3 bivs at 6100m: at 6100m 6 or 7 Oct to acclimatization and down to BC and 12 Oct to 6400m; 13th to 6500m; 14th to 6600m and down to BC because of wind (planned to biv at 7000m that day, also for acclimatization). Stayed a week in BC waiting for wind to drop but stayed strong (50-60 km/hr). 21 Oct to C1, 22nd down to BC and climb finished.
Good route for solo ascent, ice on face, no dangerous seracs.
