BC at Khumbu Glacier.

De La Harpe, Disney, Pemba Gyalje and Nang Chombi Sherpa and Jangbu Sherpa left C4 at 21:00 hours on May 23. All except Jangbu reached summit at 05:30 hours of 24th, stayed at summit about 30 minutes, descended to C4 at 09:30 hours. Next day to C2 and the following day to BC. Jangbu Sherpa came up to Balcony, but due to excessive cough, he had to turn around.

The team was to reach summit first from south side. The Disney team met at summit Turkish expedition members and Sherpas, about six people from north side. Then followed by Adventure Consultants and IMG members from south side. There may be other 4 or 5 people on the summit. Weather was perfect, no wind. While descending it was cold and little windy.

The Disney team returned to Kathmandu on May 30 and will leave on June 1. Disney is planning to come for Cho Oyu next year.

Other member of the team Hochreiter who got initial frostbite left Lobuche on April 30 by helicopter to Kathmandu and left the country on May 1.
