BC near point 4800m west of mountain
C1 southeast of bottom of West Ridge.

Stopped at 5700m because huge crevasse blocked they way; if more rescuers people around would have tried to cross it by going down into it. Pemba Tenzing was on Himlung at 2003 by this route and terrain had changed greatly from non-technical mountain to technical. Fixed ropes below C1 (25m) and above C1 (50m). On 7th May to BC after clearing C1 since climb finished.
