BC at CBC/IC April 16 at 5300m.

Exposito left C2 on May 04 at 02:30 hours (NST), summited 14:30 hours, spent about 5 minutes on the summit, descended to C2 at about 18:00 hours. Next day to ABC. Summit ws cloudy, visibility was poor and snowing. Exposito saw a pole with red flags (prayer flags). Exposito met three Japanese in C3 while going up for summit. He was alone on the summit. After him nobody have summited till May 15. Exposito returned to KTM on May 10 and will leave on 19th.

Exposito does not speak English. Van den Berghe help to talk to Exposito. Also used the notebook of Van den Berghe for dates and altitude.

Exposito's climbing member Miss Spiessers's activities were as follows: She arrived CBC on same day of Exposito but next day she had to go to Nyalam due to difficulty in breathing due to probably the high altitude. Gloria Brighenti also was with her. Both Spiesser and Gloria returned to CBC on 17th. BC on 18th, ABC on 19th, C1 on 27, C2 on May 02. On May 03 Spiesser reached her highest point of 7200m while trying to go to C3 from C2 (there was snowfall, weather was bad), then returned to C2. Next day to ABC. On May 10 Spiesser again went to C1. There was big storm which blew away 7 tents. Most of them were of Dutch expedition. She left ABC on 15th and arrived KTM on the afternoon of 16th.
