All 3 members at 1:30 am 24 Sept NST left for top, on top 9:30 am and down to C2. Shuman turned back at 7500 due to slight altitude problem. Arrived C2 3:00 pm 24th. 25th to ABC.
Shuman tried to summit with Schmidt on 26 Sept. Shuman back from 6700m tired and Schmidt to top at 4:35 am of 27th. Climbed through the night of 26/27, then waited for daylight and search for scientific box on top (saw Everest); started down on skis from summit on "terrible snow," didn't take off skis, jumped rockband; started from top 8:45 am and at C1 at 11:45 am 27th. Down to ABC to sleep on 27th.
