BC at lake (lower of 2 lakes)
ABC at bottom of face (glacier now gone)
C1 at SE Face
C2 at just below East Col (20m below).

Intermitted rock fall bad at 5000m just above ABC, but no injuries from it. Had to get ladders from tea house to bridge a crevasse at 6350m (5 meters wider), which crossed only once in each direction by each person. Perfect weather except windy towards end of climbing period.

Members left early:
Dougherty to ABC only and left 14 March (altitude sickness)
Hysko to ABC only and left 20th March (respiratory infection)
Lees to BC only and 10th March (altitude sickness)
Rossiter-O'Flynn to ABC only and left 20th March (exhausted).

Dolamore to ABC only, then sick but stayed at BC till climb ended.

In my diary, I wrote that:

* the 1st group (March 23) reached the summit around 3 pm, and was back at C2
at 7 pm,
* the 2nd group (March 24) left C2 for summit around 4:30 am and came back to C2
at around 3 pm, which means the summit was probably reached around noon.
